The Milwaukee Film Festival is an annual film festival in Milwaukee that has been running since 2008 and continues to grow every year! The festival seeks to make Milwaukee a hub of filmmaking. Doors Open is an annual event celebrating Milwaukee’s beautiful architecture, diverse neighborhoods, and Milwaukee’s spirit. Learn more about the place you call home and see inside some historic Milwaukee buildings and learn more about the great communities in your city. This year, just a few of the featured buildings include the Federal Courthouse, Lakefront Brewery, Jones Island Water Reclamation Facility, Robert A. Anderson Lake Tower, Burnham Block by Frank Lloyd Wright, and the Story Hill Fire House. Visit one of Milwaukee’s Many Museums
Milwaukee is home to many different museums. Art-lovers will feel right at home in the Milwaukee Art Museum, Charles Allis Art Museum, or the Grohmann Museum. If you like motorcycles, then be sure to visit the Harley-Davidson Museum to learn about the most famous motorcycle from Milwaukee.
