Guest Suite Request

Residents please visit the residents tab on the community website, links included below, to reserve a Guest Suite

  • 5 Night maximum (requests exceeding will need to go to senior management)
  • Full Payment of guest suite must be received before keys are given to guest or resident
  • Check-in time for arriving guest begins at 3:00pm
  • Check-out time for departing guests is no later than 12:00pm (noon)
  • Cancellation Policy:
    Cancellation must be made by 3:00pm, 48 hours prior to check-in to avoid a cancellation charge of $150.00


This is only a request. A member of management will contact you to confirm the reservation. Once the reservation is confirmed, resident must place a $150.00 deposit for the guest suite.

Renters Insurance

All of our apartment communities require that residents maintain liability insurance on their apartment home.

If you do not provide proof of insurance, you will automatically be enrolled in the Renter’s Legal Liability program which costs you $15 per month. This is NOT renter’s insurance and does not protect your belongings. It is in your best interest to obtain renter’s insurance (which includes liability insurance) and provide the declarations page to us.

Pet Policy

Pet Policy

Prohibited breeds are: Rottweiler, Great Danes, Pit Bull Terrier, Siberian Husky, Malamute, Akita, Wolf-dog Hybrids, German Shephard, Doberman Pinscher, St. Bernard, Dalmatian, Mastiff, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Chao Chao, Staffordshire Terrier, or any dog containing a mix of any of these breeds.

Weight Limit: There is not a weight limit.

Non-refundable Pet Fee: There is a non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet.

Monthly Pet Fee: A $40 monthly per fee is due for each pet.

Maximum number of dogs or cats: Maximum of two (2). Either 2 dogs, 2 cats or 1 dog and 1 cat.

The pets must be registered, licensed and immunized in accordance with local laws and requirements, and you must provide proof of these items. Chicago Street Lofts does not allow dogs.
