All of our apartment communities require that residents maintain liability insurance on their apartment home.

If you do not provide proof of insurance, you will automatically be enrolled in the Renter’s Legal Liability program which costs you $15 per month. This is NOT renter’s insurance and does not protect your belongings. It is in your best interest to obtain renter’s insurance (which includes liability insurance) and provide the declarations page to us.

Joseph Property Development, LLC (JPD) is a Milwaukee based real estate development firm founded by Robert Joseph. A life-long Milwaukee resident, Robert is a third-generation real estate developer. His experience in both land development and building construction has created this unique portfolio of exciting projects and developments.

The firm focuses on two core competencies. The first is the acquisition and adaptive reuse of historic industrial and warehouse buildings in the downtown area and the Historic Third Ward of Milwaukee.
